For workers: free

You keep 100% of the wage posted on the shift. No deductions, no membership fees.

You pay the worker's wages plus a platform commission, with SST applied to the commission only. Everything is itemised before you confirm a shift.

Pay models

Each shift picks one pay model; commission and SST are computed the same for all.

Hourly rate × hours worked. A minimum floor of RM8.72/hour is enforced on every shift.

One package price for the whole shift. The effective hourly rate must clear minimum wage before publishing.

Per-unit rate × unit count (per order, trip or item). The expected total must clear minimum wage; the merchant confirms the actual count at checkout.

Worked example

1 worker, RM10/hour, 5 hours:

The worker receives RM50.00 — 100% of the posted wage.

Current rates: 20% commission, 8% SST on the commission.

Rates are set by the platform and can change; the final rates are always shown in your quote before you pay.
