You keep 100% of the wage posted on the shift. No deductions, no membership fees.

For employers: wages + commission

You pay the worker's wages plus a platform commission, with SST applied to the commission only. Everything is itemised before you confirm a shift.

Pay models

Three ways to pay workers

Each shift picks one pay model; commission and SST are computed the same for all.

Hourly

Hourly rate × hours worked. A minimum floor of RM8.72/hour is enforced on every shift.

Flat shift

One package price for the whole shift. The effective hourly rate must clear minimum wage before publishing.

Per unit

Per-unit rate × unit count (per order, trip or item). The expected total must clear minimum wage; the merchant confirms the actual count at checkout.
