KerjaOn started with a simple observation in Johor Bahru, Malaysia: shops and restaurants run short-handed at peak hours, while plenty of people willing to work can't find suitable shifts — or wait weeks to get paid.
We built a platform that connects both sides in minutes: employers post shifts at transparent rates, nearby workers grab them, and wages are paid via DuitNow the same day — with the money escrowed before work begins.
We're starting in Johor Bahru, Malaysia and expanding area by area. The principles stay the same: pricing we're not afraid to show, workers who are protected, and employers who can rely on attendance.

Gig Workers Act 2025 (Act 872)
Every engagement is backed by a digital service agreement in your chosen language, with hours and payment records retained — in line with Malaysia's gig-worker protections.
PERKESO (SKSPS)
Workers can record their Self-Employment Social Security Scheme (SKSPS) registration in their profile, and the platform encourages ongoing contributions.
Grievance channel
An in-app grievance channel for both workers and employers, with a recorded resolution process.
